Bicester Art Network and Marsh Gibbon Church are pleased to announce a brand new Arts event on Saturday 6th September 2025

We are now asking for ‘Expressions of Interest’ for this event from artists, ceramicists, sculptors and photographers. We also welcome artists from the village of Marsh Gibbon to take part.

Event details

The event will take place in the church and grounds, with refreshments provided by the church team. Art will predominantly be displayed on tables, however a limited number of artboards are available at an addition charge.

The will be limited availability of circa 16 – 18 artists for this exciting new event. The Private View will be on the Friday evening. Arist are asked to attend the exhibition all day Saturday so visitors can meet you.

Location:

St Mary’s Church, March Gibbon,  Buckinghamshire

Dates:

Set Up: Wednesday 3rd & Thursday 4th September 2025

Private View – Friday 5th September  6-9pm

Arts Festival – Saturday 6th September 10am till 5pm

Space:

One 6ft x 2.5ft Table per artist (table to be supplied by artist)

For an additional cost: 1 x Artboard [900mm wide x 1200 high inc. perlons and hooks] at £10 / board (max 2 boards / artist)  £10/board

Sales Commission:

BAN Premium Members / Marsh Gibbon Residents: 10%, Non Members: 15%  

Commissions paid to St Mary’s Church funds

Bicester Art Network Premium Membership

Joining Fee £10 – first year

One year membership £24 from joining date

Benefits include: Reduced commission, monthly meetings Jan-Oct, Meeting and getting to know other artists.

Sales:

We will be operating a Central Till System for all art sales

Till listing will be required by 3rd August (latest) so that barcoded labels can be printed and distributed.

All art items must be labelled by the selected artists

Selection Process

  1. Expression of Interest - Deadline will be June 30th
  2. Organisers will then decide on participating artists.
  3. Successful applicants will be informed by email by July 6th

 

Commissions will apply - Bicester Art Network Premium Members 10%, Non Members 15%.
