Dragonfly Framing organises a selection of events each year to both engage and support local artists as well as provide attractions within the Bicester area.
We are co-ordinators for the popular Oxfordshire Artweeks that happens every May and run our own exhibition each year to help raise the profiles of artists and of course our chosen charity.
In 2024 the Bicester Art Network voted to have Bicester Autism as its chosen charity and there will be a series of activities to help raise much needed funds for them during this year.
We really hope that you'll join us as either a visitor or an artist and come along to support our events and we look forward to seeing soon, thank you.
Oxfordshire Artweeks Exhibition | 4th - 11th May 2024 | C&G Collective
This year for Oxfordshire Artweeks we wanted to present some of our work at our respective studios. I am sharing a space with contemporary artist Chloe Brown who's stunning work headlines our exhibition.
Joining us are 3 very talented local artists, Oxford Art Society portrait artist Polly Pincott, young artist Sophie Stocker and all the way from the USA Maria-Luisa Arrivillaga.
The Exhibition will be held at joint studios of Dragonfly Framing and Chloe Brown Art at Artweeks Venue No5, Rowood House, Murdock Road, Bicester.
Saturday 4-11 May (Mon-Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 10am-4pm).
Don't forget to pick up you guide book that opens the door of over 400 more open studios and events across Oxfordshire in May.
Art on show includes photography, oils and acrylics, pencil and charcoal and watercolours. Work by all the artists will also be available to purchase, including framed originals and prints & mounted prints.
