Maria Arrivillaga
Maria has lived in Oxfordshire, since 2022, after spending time on several continents. Her work reflects the environments and cultures she has experienced, from English gardens to the vibrant flora and traditions of Colombia.
This exhibition features still lives of English garden flowers, Colombian heliconias, and portraits of Palenqueras—women celebrated by UNESCO as part of Colombia’s cultural heritage, among others. She works in oils, acrylics, and watercolours, with paintings held in collections around the world.
