Bicester picture framer, Graham Perryman GCF(APF) has qualified as a Guild Certified Framer, the professional qualification that distinguishes framers and provides consumers with a recognised way to find excellent craftsmanship and service. Over 1000 framers have achieved this qualification, and Bicester residents are lucky to have one to hand at Dragonfly Framing.

I am always humbled by how much artistic talent and creativity there is in Bicester amongst artists and crafts people. As a direct result of this I decided recently to volu
nteer as anArtweeks coordinator for the Bicester and the surrounding villages so I can get more involved personally as well as professionally.
